Kylie Jenner is a well-known influencer in the fashion industry, with millions of followers on social media. She has her own cosmetics line, clothing brand, and even a reality TV show. Firstly, it’s important to acknowledge that Kylie is often seen wearing designer swimwear from brands like Chanel or Gucci. While these pieces are undoubtedly stunning, they aren’t always practical for the average person going to the beach or pool – both in terms of price point and durability.

That being said, let’s dive into a few specific swimsuits that Kylie has been seen wearing:

1. The Neon Green Bikini

One of Kylie’s most memorable swim looks was a neon green bikini she wore while on vacation in Turks & Caicos back in 2019. While this bikini certainly made a statement with its bold color choice, we couldn’t help but think it wasn’t very flattering on her body shape.

The high-waisted bottoms cut off at an awkward spot just below her belly button, making her torso appear shorter than it actually is. Additionally, the top seemed too small for her bust size which resulted in spillage over the edges – not exactly comfortable or appropriate for swimming activities.

2. The White One-Piece

In contrast to the neon green bikini mentioned above, Kylie opted for an all-white one-piece during another vacation trip to Mexico earlier last year (2020). This swimsuit had intricate detailing around the neckline which added some visual interest to what would have otherwise been quite simple design-wise.

Overall however we felt that this piece was less about functionality as it would be impractical if you wanted to do any sort of water activity. The high neckline and long sleeves are great for keeping the sun off your skin, but they can also make it difficult to move around comfortably.

3. The Animal Print Bikini

Another swim look that Kylie has been seen wearing is an animal print bikini with a bandeau top and string-tie bottoms. This swimsuit was from her own clothing line, Kylie Jenner by Kendall + Kylie.

While we appreciate the fact that this suit is more affordable than some of the designer pieces she wears, we still had some concerns about its design. The bandeau top may not be supportive enough for larger bust sizes, while the string-tie bottoms could easily come undone during swimming activities – something no one wants to experience.

4. The Metallic One-Piece

Last but not least is a metallic one-piece swimsuit that Kylie wore in 2019 during another vacation trip to Mexico (she certainly enjoys travelling!). While this piece definitely made a statement with its shiny finish, it unfortunately didn’t seem very practical for actual swimming or beach activities.

The cut-outs on either side of the waistline would likely create odd tan lines which most people aren’t looking for when hitting up their favorite swimming spot! Additionally, the material looked like it might not hold up well after repeated use and exposure to saltwater or chlorine.

In conclusion, while Kylie Jenner certainly knows how to make a fashion statement with her swimwear choices there are several factors to keep in mind when selecting your own bathing suits. Functionality should always be at the forefront of your decision-making process: will you actually be comfortable moving around in this suit?
